Customer Success Job Description

The job

Wisor is looking for a Back Office to Join our customer success team.

We are looking for someone detail oriented, talented and ambitious that has the ability for creative thinking, and most importantly a team player!

From the start, you will be working directly with our CS and development teams, taking an active part in the maintenance of our innovative rate management system and our cutting edge quoting system.

What it takes to be a BACK OFFICE & OPERATIONS at Wisor:

  • Managing large amount of data
  • Be part of the driving force of our products
  • Work closely with our CS and developers teams


  • A team player
  • High proficiency in English (writing and speaking)
  • Strong computer and internet skills (Microsoft office/Excel)
  • A significant Plus: Experience in working with Excel
  • A significant Plus: Native speaker of an additional language (German, Arabic, Spanish, Thai, Italian, etc.)
  • Ability to function as a bridge across disciplines – CS, Operations, Engineering etc.
  • Must be highly organized and precise
  • Understanding needs and demands and translating them into action
